Not too sure what the hell was going on here as there was clearly almost no actual footage done by Orson Welles. What there was was grainy test footage, stock footage, home movies, and the odd shot or 2 of a film mixed together with a narrator, incomprehensible storyline, and horrid dubbing.
This is the ultimate rip off and attempt to cash in on a legacy.
