Dominion is far better then Harlin's Exorcist: The Beginning but Dominion suffers from some of the same things. Dominion has horrible CGI, some bland acting, and takes over half the movie to actually get going.
What makes Dominion better is that the plot flows more smoothly and has more focus, and doesnt rely on cheap scares. I wouldnt recommend seeing either film but if you are going to see one do yourself a favor and see this one.
