It's probably my favorite werewolf movie for a few reasons! It's got the same farmhouse thing going on as Dawn of the Dead, the werewolves are smart, the fight doesn't come across as one sided (the wolves adversaries are armed soldiers) and the suspense is awesome!! :D In my mind it was an original take on the creature and fun film.
