Review of Dog Day Afternoon (1975) by Tony B — 26 Sep 2015
I had caught some of this film before on TV years ago but actually forgot much of it and surprised I did after seeing the whole thing now. It's a seemingly over-the-top story that is actually based on true events with amazing performances by Al Pacino and much of the cast and great directing by Lumet.
Definitely a classic '70s film and must see.
