Review of Dog Day Afternoon (1975) by Mau S — 23 Jul 2012
Dog Day Afternoon is a great showcase of Pacino's talent as a performer and Sidney Lumet reaffirming what a great filmmaker he was. As they make the most out of a story that could seem somewhat overwhelming at times, but still worth telling.
A great piece reaffirming the Legacy of both of them and of John Cazale as well.
