Even though the title isn't shown here, the synopsis makes it clear that it's the Children in Need Doctor Who special, Time Crash. The very first time I saw it, I laughed and laughed until tears came to my eyes.
"Hey! I'm the Doctor! I can save the world using a kettle and some string. And look at me! I'm wearing a vegetable!".
^ Perhaps one of the funniest lines in the entire thing. And, as always, David Tennant does a fantastic job as the Doctor. It's just too bad he's leaving the show! ;_;.
You'll be missed, David. You've inspired so many people. You're just amazing. :).
