If this movie did anything 100% right it was the casting of Paul McGann, I've dug his doctor in this film as well as the audiobooks. This Movie doesn't quite hit the mark but it did give us a new doctor who is delightful and a Sylvester McCoy regeneration.
Solid effort, but still kind of a muddled mess of a plot.
