Review of Do the Right Thing (1989) by Amanda C — 05 Apr 2012
Do The Right Thing is not like any other film. It manages to look like any other American art film but at the same time is completely unique. Lee tackles the issue of race and racism, and no one comes out looking particularly good.
It's defiantly a film that requires multiple viewings to truly appreciate.
