Review of Disturbia (2007) by Voodoo123 — 27 Sep 2020
Remake of the classic hitchock movie rear window. Shia is engaging as a 'teenager' in this thriller / teen movie. Unfortunately the production plays it safe here with a reluctance in the edit to allow the tension to build to a substantial enough level to ever truly make the viewer feel the discomfort of the characters here.
... Certainly not an unwatchable film, you can safely file this one under 'missed opportunity'.
