District 9 is the biggest surprise of my life. I expected a bland, loud action movie with an annoying shaky camera. What I got was a thought-provoking drama with a real political statement on America. It is AWESOME.
The movie is loaded with originality and wit. The action is great and the special effects TREMENDOUS. This is one of my favorite films of 2009.
