At his feature-length directorial debut, Neill Blomkamp enlarged the compelling examination of his short film "Alive in Joburg" into a stylish, entertaining sci-fi flick with a soul of a human touch despite the rough bumps and few disturbances to the overall (thematic) nature. (B+).
