Review of District 13: Ultimatum (2009) by Avone K — 10 Oct 2009

The follow up to the excellent free running/martial arts scifi actioner District 13 from the pen of Luc Besson. ultimatum follows on. from the original & 3 years later nothing in D13 nothing has changed & soon enough Leito & Damian team up again as D13 is again going to implode.

The film is slicker than it's predessor with some good solid action from both leads but as most sequels do it lacks the spontianety of the original. a good effort and a solid film but doesn't out do the original.

well worth a watch for the action sequences especially the inventive fight scene with a Van Gogh!!!
