This show talked about the history, popular varieties of, and the culture of dim sum in Hong Kong.

For those that do not know, the best way that I can describe dim sum is that it is small bite sized food that resemble appetizers and hot tea. The show said that there are approximately 600 different varieties They showed how some of them are made and how different dim sum shops are run.

It held my interest and I did learn things that I did not know before. Therefore, it did it's job that it was intended to do. It is a show that I would recommend to anyone interested in Hong Kong, China, or Chinese food.
