Just watched this one again at my daughter's request and I love it as much as ever. never thought that any film could replace Grease as my favorite rock and roll musical, but this one did it for me.

is a wonderfully romantic film with a great underlying message about class, how appearances can be deceiving and how important it is to stand up for what you believe in and to help those who need it despite the possible cost to yourself.

yes, Johnny, Baby is the type of person I want to be and I found myself having the time of my life along with you both. only sad thing was that they never made a real sequel; we never got to see whether these two stayed together or not.

I would love to have known.
