Dolph Lundgren and Michael Paré, how much B can movie get? Much. Add story that can be told in one sentence, cheesy oneliners, cheap bulgarian stunts, all action happening in abandoned buildings and industrial areas.
Really don't know why bothered with this one - obviously wasn't worth it.
