Review of Dinner at Eight (1933) by Garth B — 14 Jul 2008
Honestly I was expecting better from a Cuckor / Mankawitz (sp?) film. It's a little dated - from the depression era. One highlight of interest. Billie Burke plays a major role. Her voice sounded really familiar but it took me half the movie to realize she's Glinda from Wizard of Oz! I just about spit milk out my nose when I realized it.
