Review of Die Hard 2 (1990) by Cody H — 04 Dec 2012
Even though Die Hard 2 isn't perfect, I have to give it credit for being a worthy sequel to one of the greatest movies ever made. I thought this was very good. The set up is quite similiar to the original: one man in a large setting on one night with at least one douchebag cop to piss off the main caracter as well as the audience.
The only problem is that the set up plays out better in the original. The stakes are supposed to be higher in this, but you don't get the same adrenaline pump that you got watching the first. Nonetheless, Die Hard 2 is still a great movie.
