Weaker, less interesting, and having a ham-handed script, "Die Hard 2: Die Harder" is everything you would expect from a sequel to an amazing action film, while repeating moments of the first film.
There are so many ways that this film could have failed, but it definitely played it safe, having a similar premise, in a new location. The only problem is that the characters motives are unclear and they are very uninteresting.
The action is very strong and Bruce Willis is still loveable in the role, but it falls flat in more ways than one. Still it is a blast to watch when the premise heats up!
