Possibly THE best holiday action film of all time, the storied Die Hard series is kicked off with this gem. With it's fast paced action, perfectly crafted story arc, and career defining performances from Bruce Willis and Alan Rickman Die Hard turns into one of the best of the action popcorn type films; you know it's really meant to be one of those edge of your pants type of films that's good to see on a date but honestly this film could've been worthy for the Oscars.
