Review of Die Another Day (2002) by Andrew L — 12 Jul 2012
Albert R. Broccoli's Eon Productions Limited Presents, Pierce Brosnan as Ian Fleming's James Bond 007 in "Die Another Day". This 20th Bond film of it's 40th Anniversary is a disappointing one.
Lee Tamahori doesn't have this vision of directing a Bond film. Chris Corlbould shouldn't have put too much digital effects in the film, especially having a digitized car. Neal Purvis and Robert Wade writing the film together without another screenwriter to polish the final draft also didn't write a good script as they didn't allow the story to have the Bond style of action.
The only scene that was good was the Astin Martin and the Jaguar car chase.
