Who thought a movie featuring Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker would suck so bad. These two really phoned it in, especially Hugh Grant. All of his jokes were so formulaic and none were even remotely funny.
Sarah Jessica Parker made Meryl Morgan seem like a D-list version of Carrie Bradshaw - from the obsessive love with New York to the Baby/Biological Clock question. Could anything have saved this movie? I don't think so.
The acting was not that bad. But you can't really do anything with a very dry plot and lackluster script.
