Review of Diary of the Dead (2007) by Phil M — 06 Mar 2010
It uses the Blair Witch style of filming, and it works part of the time. The Zombies are exactly how Zombies should be, and the gore is actually pretty good. However, it's nothing we haven't seen before done better.
It's a step down from the Blair Witch Project in that sense, and in terms of the Living Dead films, it's not as good as Night or Dawn. Then again, if this is the first Zombie film you'll ever see, have fun with it, because I know I enjoyed it.
