Review of Diamonds Are Forever (1971) by Andy C — 09 Feb 2010
One of the most ridiculous Bond films and the first appearance on a world domination plot featuring a huge laser in space.
Sean Connery is on form as ever and there are some great moments including the moon-buggy getaway, Bambi + Thumper and their mental over the top fighting style, Plenty O'toole's exit from Bond's hotel room and of course the bizarre assassins Mr. Wint and Mr Kid (what is the deal with that pair.).
