I have never been a big Film Noir fan but this has to be by far the best of that genre. Washington and Don Cheadle are amazing in their roles (Cheadle was especially good) and the story flows quite nicely even with the Voice Overs (I hate voice overs) that Washington does.
Could easily be one of the better Washington movies that people haven't seen.
