Usually I'm annoyed by M. Night Shyamalan films (with the exceptions of "Unbreakable" and "Signs"), but this one was excellent. Maybe it was because he didn't write or direct the film but was only the producer.

Instead, it's written by the same writer of the also excellent and suspenseful "Hard Candy" and "30 Days of Night". Like those films, this one is smart, suspenseful, and features a good cast actors.

And at barely 80 minutes, it doesn't risk dragging out it's premise too long and gets it just right. Slick little horror film!
