Review of Detachment (2011) by Jared F — 12 Jan 2013
I spent the first half of this movie wanting it to turn into a revenge movie. like "death wish" I mean seriously. I wanted Adrien Brody to pull out a gun start killing these crappy kids, the girl on the bus, the lady at the retirement home.
.. but I was watching the wrong movie I suppose. It was a good movie, but at the end of the day it was just a "turn the other cheek" & persevere type of thing. I truly hope that america's school system isn't like this currently.
