Wow! How do you get funding to make a movie this bad? The only magic in this movie is the Mexican characters' stunning and inexplicable ability speak English in a California dialect. They must've run for the border, and back, more than once.
The only reason this movie gets even one star is the surprising number of bounding boobage.
