An absolutely fabulous movie! Dersu is hilarious! Even though they don't say much it is extremely entertaining. He is in such harmony with the world around him and then he makes himself believe that Kagna wants him out of the forest.
He tries to fit in but it doesn't go well. He is sweet and truly trying to adjust in the world around him, but in the end it just doesn't work out for him. One of the best movies I've seen in a long time.
