Was expecting fresh content like Mugen Train that would get adapted into the new season, instead got nearly nothing but recap with constant credits rolling between episodic fragments, and maybe 15 minutes at the end of the runtime that was probably meant to be a good chunk of the first episode of the new season.

I love supporting anime movies in theaters, this is the first time I've seen anyone try to pass off this sort of crap low effort format off as big screen content.
