I am not sure what it is, the lighting? the framing? but I loved looking at this movie. I love foreshadowing, animatronics, and bratty kids getting shocked.
I am used to computerized houses throwing fits a la Electric Dreams, and being needy a la Smart House, and about a million possessed houses on murderous rampages... but never have I seen a house impregnate someone.- "It is a murderously, intelligent, sensually, self-programmed, non-being."... Cheers to you Demon Seed.
