Review of Delicatessen (1991) by Hunter D — 02 Jan 2009
A Brilliant Peice of work by Jean Pierre Jeunuet and Marc Caro. Not only is the movie visually breath taking, but the whole premise is so original. This movie is like a crazy fair tale and its engrossing from start to finish.
This is on the same level as Amelie and La Cite Des Enfants Perdus. The cast also carries the movie quite well with Dominique Pinon, Marie-Laure Dougnac who show some great performances. If you enjoy the original and the strange, this movie is a definite must see.
