Review of Delgo (2008) by Kris V — 27 Jul 2009
Animated feature that has the dubious honor of being the biggest box office flop ever, and while I've seen way worse, it's not hard to see why. In development since 2001, which is given away by the awful animations and character models, the spend almost 6 years creating the vistas, and while they look adaquate, rendered backgrounds a movie do not make.
The story is also cliche ridden and uneventful, and the artwork, even without considering the technical limitations, is sometimes downright ugly.
