Yes, a super-hero story with none of the ridiculous, unbelievable effects. Arthur Poppington is below normal IQ, convinced that he's invincible, and on a mission. What results is both funny and sad at times, but more important, convincing. He can't fly, he isn't stronger that anyone else, and he believes that "Guns are for cowards.".
Watch it as soon as you can.
