This is a great indie movie which asks the question "Why not put on a costume and fight crime?" Woody Harrelson pretty much carries this movie and in the hands of a lessor actor, this concept would not have worked.
Elias Koteas is great as the sleezy currupt cop. This movie is funny, touching and clever.
