When Kurt Russell gets back to his oil rig he finds out that nobody did a concrete test while he was gone; so he runs a negative pressure test just to be on the safe side. Then when that test fails, he decides to run a negative pressure test on the kill line just to be on the safe side.
Then everything blows up.
