Deepwater Horizon is the most technically impeccable movie of the year so far. The visuals are stunning and the sound especially should be a shoe in for an Oscar nomination. This is also the most immersive movie that I've seen in a long while and the most impactful.
The actors and director Peter Berg make Deepwater Horizon feel as real and authentic as it could be and it gives you a better understanding of what actually happened that night of April 20th.
