Review of Deep Impact (1998) by Spencer S — 27 Jul 2010
Definitely the first sci-fi/disaster movie to showcase more of the human drama than the special effects. Don't get me wrong, the special effects in this movie are top notch, however the drama aspect/realism is what won this film over for me rather than its popcorn cheesy counterpart "Armageddon".
