There is this scene where the guy is imagining that he's talking to his dead partner. he thought she was the one, he had lost her and tat's it. so he told his partner "at least I still get you" and the next moment, partner actually jumped down from the building...
"that's the thing, the reason people get together now is because they think they are looking for similarly broken people. Girls only like the really messed up guys for the first few months, they prefered those fake broken.".
