Review of Deconstructing Harry (1997) by Sai N — 17 Dec 2011
If you've seen a few Woody Allen movies and know a little about his personal life then you'll at least like Deconstructing Harry if not love it. It's like a twisted comedic take on Wild Strawberries with some freudian Charlie Kauffman magic.
In the 2nd half the gags go on way too long and there are too many lazy jokes. But I love Woody Allen movies and to see him make a film this personal was a treat.
