Why do holiday films suck so bad and why they most of the time feature a somewhat likable cast. Broderick and Devito slum it as two warring neighbors trying to have the ultimate xmas light display. Lots of sad crass humor and bad plotting make this one of the dreariest and depressing christmas films ever made.
