No wonder it went stright to video. Whilst the tone (including casting and musci) feels completely tweeny, the themes (guns, lesbianism, short skirts, chain smoking sex addicts) clearly aren't and so it ends up not feeling clear who it's actually meant for.
Which is a shame as there's some good humour and it's entertaining enough as fluff or silly fantasy.
