Review of Deathwatch (2002) by Hildie F — 11 Mar 2007

I really wanted to like this film more than I did. It started out with a "All Quiet on the Western Front" - like bit, which was quite effective. The next part of the film was fairly decent, but unfortunately it didn't do enough with the idea for me.

I would have liked to have seen it developed more... especially since it had an interesting cast. Unfortunately the ending was fairly blah, and the barb wire has been done in too many movies to count.
