Review of Death Wish II (1982) by Seth N — 24 Jan 2010
Unlike the rest of the "Death Wish" series, the first and second parts are definitely the most respectable and less of a cult hit. When this film was made Charles Bronson was very much an established action star which is why I think there is still a slight cheese that comes with this movie as the story is a little lumpy and there is way more nudity in this one as a pose to the first.
Though the action scenes aren't quite as over the top as the other movies. If you are looking for a respectable film it's still pretty good, not as good as the first, but still pretty decent. If you are looking for a "Bronson-Off" there is a little of that as well.
