Review of Death Wish 4: The Crackdown (1987) by Cal ( — 31 Jul 2009

I've seen all the "Death Wish" movies serie and I really enjoyed all of them.

Although Charles' character seems somewhat mean he has his reasons and in the end we all support him to kill and to take revenge on all his enemies.

I know, it seems a bit creepy, but these movies have something intriguing. They're able to take some inner instincts out of you, maybe because we see some primary feelings that lead Charles' character to act this way.

Feelings like love, rage, vengeance, and loneliness motivate him, and perhaps because of that, we all can see a bit of ourselves in him, after all who has never had these feelings? Sometimes we want to leave all our moral and just kick some asses.
