Review of Death Wish (2018) by Blaze F — 04 Mar 2018
The trailer didn't do this movie justice. I didn't expect much but was very surprised about how entertained I was. It was very well thought out. Exciting. I found myself emerged in this world, routing for the characters, CHEERING at parts even!
The opening was a little cookie cutter. The only negatives I can state is Elizabeth Shue gave a mediocre performance. She didn't have any chemistry with Bruce Willis. She was fake happy. I didn't care when her character died at all. The hot girl in the gun shop. Her performance missed the mark. Willis daughter was great.
Definitely glad I saw this in theaters! Go see it!
