This basic thriller has a few fleeting moments of classic vigilante action and some nice cinematography that at times work well. Production quality is a mixed bag with some poor editing and pacing issues that drag things along.
The screenplay is barebones and the plot fails to excite. This genre is so oversaturated but fans of it will find something to like.
