80s fashion is back and you have to say, it's as naff and free of elegance as it was the first time around. This film (although technically released in 1990) is no different. If the action were any good, you could possibly forgive the lack of any guile in the script, performances, plot, characters, direction or any other aspect of film-making you care to mention.
