Plot:
Explores the origins of the first "Frankenstein" car driver, Carl "Luke" Lucas, who died in a race at the beginning of the first film.
Review:
This movie was obviously straight-to-DVD quality, despite some of the fun it brought. It was a blast, but the only problem is the many, many cliches this movie brings.
I'd say that while it had those flaws (mainly cliche flaws), it still had the bam that the first one had, even though it was inferior.
It could have been better, but it could have been SO much worse. I'd say rent it.
