This movie is a prequel to the first Death Race movie starring Jason Statham. We get the background on how "Frankenstein" was created. After the second stage of Death Race, Carl "Luke" Lucas' gets destroyed, and in order to save his female co driver Katrina, he has to hide his face behind a mask.
