Prequel to Death Race (2008) and origin story for the Frankenstein character. The uninteresting plot, token characters and annoying antagonist could be looked over, if only the action sequences were worth it.
Unfortunately, a dizzying amount of camera angle switches and copious amount of slow-motion make for a tedious experience.
